NS Software Services GSA contract vehicle (GS 35F 5156H) is for government procurement for Software Maintenance, including all our LMS products, IT Professional Services, Management/Consultant Services and IT Training.

Our Information Technology and software engineering department has a proven track record of high quality customer satisfaction through our “extreme programming” approach. We accomplish this by providing mission critical and redundant design solutions via current standards and best practices for net centric and web services. Our multi-dimensional approach to customer solutions not only includes enterprise resource planning and information technology solutions, we also offer a blended synergenistic and holistic approaches by providing asset management, fiscal management, product management, while leveraging SCORM conformant developed Distance Learning web portals and hosting services for commercial, industrial, military, educational, and governmental organizations. The scope of our products and services include computer-based instructional systems, decision support systems and the development of computer-based productivity tools and can specialize in Research and development of any of the aforementioned products. All of our government supplied services and products to date have always been delivered either on time or early.

Our Metrology Engineering and calibration scientific services are world class. We provide end to end research, development, analysis, risk assessment of acquisition processes as it pertains to test measurement and diagnostic equipment, automatic test equipment, embedded test equipment, calibration equipment and testing techniques and parametric data analysis and uncertainty analysis between the end item weapon system and accuracy required as a quality function for repeatability and accuracy of test resources and calibration equipment used as standards. We have provided the US Navy and Marine Corps with unique and one of a kind acquisition and logistics capabilities not found in the Department of Defense or other government agencies as well as industry.
