Quality Assurance support information:
Our Quality Assurance support is based on ISO Standards (9001) and an in-place Quality Control Plan (QCP) to guarantee delivery of quality services and products. This ensures continuous orientation toward product and process improvements, especially in the performance standards identified in the Government’s Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Our QCP allows us to measure and monitor task cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk against these standards. The QCP ensures that deliverable products reflect a consistent integrated approach in agreement with source documentation. The author submits the document for peer review, followed by a detailed review by the QC Group (comprised of the Technical Lead and appropriate SMEs). The document is returned to the author for adjustments and corrections before being given to the Technical Manager for final approval and delivery. A key element of the QCP is facilitating an effective management program by ensuring the application of the right technical and functional area disciplines to ensure a balanced approach. The plan defines the actions necessary to fulfill the requirements of the task order, and supports additional details formalized during coordination with the client during the startup phase. Our plan’s design focuses attention, prevents recurrence of problems, and authorizes action. It defines the responsibilities, authority, organizational functions, and procedures for a product/service assurance program that is applicable to the entire NSSS and government Team for that particular task or contract.
